Are you between 16 and 54 years old and wondering what’s next?
GameON is the perfect opportunity for you to combine fun and benefit!

The GameON project aims to help unemployed individuals and those outside the workforce, aged 16 to 54, find their way back to employment and improve their well-being through gaming. We focus on strengthening participants’ digital skills, enhancing their social abilities, and assisting them in discovering new career paths.

Gaming Group Activities: We organize fun and educational gaming sessions where participants can meet new people and develop teamwork skills.
Individual Guidance: We assist each participant in finding their unique path to employment or education.
Workplace Projects: We offer opportunities to gain practical experience in the workplace.

At the end of the project, we will have a new and effective gaming activity model that supports personal growth and employment. Participants will gain concrete tools and experiences that help them find their place in the workforce. Additionally, we will produce reports, analyses, and articles that document the project’s impacts and provide valuable insights for future development.
The GameON project will take place from April 1, 2024, to June 30, 2026, and is funded by the South Savo Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment (ELY Centre) and the European Union.
